Our next session will be a hands-on introduction to quantitative analysis and visualization of single-cell transcriptome data.
You will be working on the Jupyter lab locally, i.e., on your laptops. Please make sure you have Anaconda installed in your laptop and you can open a Jupyter notebook. Don't hesitate to reach out if you need help to install it.
