Parker Moss currently serves as Program Director for Wellcome Leap R3 Global , which is a program within Wellcome Leap, a non-profit initiative created to fund high-risk, high-reward scientific and technological breakthroughs in human health. At R3 Global, his work focuses on developing a globally distributed network of continuous-flow RNA and biologics biofoundries designed to accelerate the development and manufacturing of personalized medicines, including cancer therapeutics and immunotherapies. The program aims to transform biologics manufacturing by making production faster, scalable, and more accessible across academic, biotechnology, and healthcare systems worldwide.

Parker is also a Non-Executive Director at Cancer Research Horizons (Cancer Research UK), with additional advisory roles spanning translational cancer innovation and commercialization. His work focuses on accelerating personalized cancer medicines through scalable biologics manufacturing and translational partnerships spanning academia, biotechnology, and healthcare systems. Previously, he served as Head of Business Development at Genomics England, where he worked on partnerships and translational strategies linking large-scale genomic data, precision medicine, and therapeutic development.
